It's a long way from the city centre, and taxis are hard to find. Housekeeping was poor, and even after I asked several times, basic toiletries and clean wardrobes were missing. The staff are undertrained and rude. They also gave me a non-GST bill, which left me struggling for almost 20 days to claim the expense from my company. Only book here if you have to. There are much better places in Ujjain.

The garden is lovely, and you can dine outside with a view of it. The food was delicious, the service was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was awesome, so I'd give it five stars. 👌

It's difficult to reach by Ola or Uber, and the place is quite far from the city centre. Housekeeping was poor, and they were missing essentials like toiletries and clean wardrobes. The staff seemed undertrained. Book only if you're in a pinch, since Ujjain has much better options.

The food was good, and there's a garden behind the restaurant where you can relax. We didn't stay overnight, but had a good experience. The staff member pulled a face when we asked him to bring water, so they could be better. ✌️✌️✌️

The garden can easily hold about 50 people for a family event, and the ambience helped make up for the prices and food. At Gokul Ras, the starters were worth trying, but the main course was as bad as the employees' conversational skills. The cooler we ordered at the end was just tasteless cold water with leaves added. Go for a good time, but not for a full family meal.
