I wouldn’t recommend Hotel King Palace. The staff’s manners need work, and the breakfast was poor overall, with breakfast denied on one day. Even after cleaning, the room was dusty. The AC didn’t work properly, mosquitoes were around, and basic things were missing, including toiletries, proper slippers, a doormat, and water refills.

The service was especially helpful. After we checked out, they called to say we’d left a Bluetooth headset in the room and brought it to my bus stop. Rooms are large, though the bathroom is a little small but decent. The place is easy to find, has parking, and provides tea and coffee. They’ll also give you crockery if you order food through a delivery app. Thanks for the lovely stay, HOTEL KING PALACE.

Everything about my stay went beyond what I expected. The rooms were comfortable, the place was clean and well cared for, and the atmosphere was lovely. Staff were friendly, polite, and ready to help whenever I needed something. It was a 5/5, or 10/10, experience for me. I’d love to come back. Highly recommended!

There’s no food arrangement here, so this isn’t a good choice for families. You could consider it if you’re okay ordering through Swiggy or Zomato. The refrigerator smelled bad, and there were ants all over the rooms.

Really hygienic, with soft beds, fresh linen, and quick service. For me, this is the best place to stay in ujjain. Must stay.
