The washroom was clean and had hot water, and the price was affordable. The room was very nice and would suit a family. It was also very close to the temple, and all the services were good. A perfect stay for us.

The hotel is near Ujjain junction railway station and has a very good view. Staff provided very good service, and food is available too. The room price wasn't too high.

For what we paid, this was still good value, and the owner was friendly and helpful if we needed anything. We booked late at night at the last minute and got a great price. Being right beside Ujjain Railway Station was handy, though the hotel is away from the main city, so we needed an auto to get to places like Mahakaleshwar Temple. The room was decent for two, but the washroom had some marks and the bedsheets weren't very clean. There was also a small pond inside the hotel, but it smelled bad and wasn't well maintained.

My checkout left me with a bad impression. Girdhari, bhagat, and Anil were warm toward guests, and I want to thank them, though there are always exceptions. Front office employee Shubham ruined the experience by choosing some unwarranted bucks over building a customer relationship. I hope he shows more kindness and empathy.
