The room hadn't been cleaned, so I asked them to clean it and change the bedsheet. They said the cleaner was late and it would be done in an hour, but even after that they still hadn't cleaned. In the evening I asked at least for a fresh bedsheet, and they said they had none clean and wouldn't change it. The washroom was extremely unhygienic and in bad shape. The flush was broken, the bucket was dirty, and the door was broken. The AC made an annoying noise, and the mattress was hard as rock. I slept on my own bedsheet and didn't even use the hotel's washroom. Don't stay here, it's a complete no from me.

The one good thing is how close it is to Ujjain Mandir. The normal rooms, not deluxe or anything else, weren't clean or hygienic, and the sanitation was awful. I also didn't feel there was safety or security. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless it's an emergency.

The delay was bad enough, but the room still wasn't ready after they said it would take 15 minutes. Even after 30 minutes, it hadn't been cleaned. When we finally went in after 45 minutes, the sheet was dirty and had strands of hair on it. The owner and cleaners answered rudely when we raised it, saying they had no clean sheets. The staff and owner were rude throughout. Book at your own risk.

Rooms come in different sizes for different groups, starting around 1200 and going up. The special part is the view of the Temple of Ujjain Mahakaleshwar and Mahakal Corridor from the balcony. The hotel is right in front of the Temple, so you can sit out and take it all in.
