The bathroom was cramped, there was no handwash, and the inside of the property felt shady with no sunlight. The wall in my room was partly plastered and partly painted, and the place seemed very poorly managed, perhaps because two teenage boys were looking after it. It's close to the temple, but auto drivers barely know where it is, so getting around can be difficult. This was my worst experience with FabHotel. They show one thing and you get something else. I wish I could give it zero stars.

I liked how close the hotel is to Mahakal Mandir, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom, though, smelled bad and was so tiny there was barely room for one person. That was a major drawback despite the good location and staff.

The staff were friendly, and it felt safe for me as a solo traveler. You can get an auto to Mahakaal jyotirlinga temple. The room was only okay, though: the bed had stains, the floor was dirty, and the very small bathroom wasn't clean.

The room I received didn't match what the website advertised, and that mismatch affected my stay. I was disappointed with both the room and the room service. I expected a better standard as a paying guest, but the service was very poor.

Hotel Shiva Grand in Ujjain made a wonderful impression from the moment I arrived, with a calm atmosphere and warm hospitality. My room was spacious and elegantly designed, as well as very clean and well maintained. The stay went beyond what I expected.
