Worst stay we’ve ever had. We came to Iora for a holiday, but the experience was terrible. The bed was broken, the shower didn’t work, and there was no parking for a car. The interior was awful, and there was no cleaning or proper facilities. Even after we offered to pay, they didn’t provide packaged drinking water. There were no activities for guests. Women travelling alone should avoid this hotel, as it felt very risky. Please don’t spend your hard-earned money here.

The other amenities are alright, and the beach is within walking distance. Getting there is the problem: the road is narrow and in terrible condition.

The room smelled bad, and the tank structure felt unstable at night and made noise. I paid 2500/- per night and had a horrible stay. The property is outside the main village, about 1 km from the beach, with no road leading there. When I arrived, people were smoking and drinking, so families should avoid it. The photos posted online don’t reflect the experience. I wish there were an option to give this property zero stars. Don’t book it.

A quiet place for spending time with the people you love, especially if you like peaceful settings. It’s about 5-10 minutes from Nagaon beach and works well for a family trip or a stay with your partner. There’s no TV in the rooms, but I didn’t miss having one. The food was okay, though a little expensive for the quantity. I had a great time here.

The coordinators were rude and unhelpful, with a real don’t-care attitude. The rooms were smelly, dirty, and poorly maintained, and the bed linen and other fabrics were soiled. There’s no proper car parking either, just a narrow lane full of big rocks that small cars can barely get through. I booked online based on the photos, which didn’t match reality, and ended up finding a different resort in Nagaon.
