Prices seemed normal, and our favourite beach was close enough to walk to, so we could enjoy the ocean. I was there for a business meeting. It’s well established and has several halls for receptions, birthday celebrations, and other kinds of parties.

It’s close to the beach, and the room we used for a party or workshop of about 10 people was spacious, neat, and clean. The place is well maintained. The dining hall got hot even with the fan on. The washrooms were nearly maintained.

The beach is about 50m away on foot, and Tiruvanmiyur is roughly 4-5 km away. The property is on ECR and has four-bedroom service apartments. The rooms were clean, neat, and well maintained, making it a good place to stay during wedding functions on ECR.

I wanted to start the wedding preparations on a pleasant note, but dealing with the manager left me annoyed. He was extremely rude to my father for no apparent reason after my father asked whether a discount was available. The rooms weren’t even good. I don’t recommend this place for several reasons.

The building is well constructed and easy to access, in a good spot just off ECR and near the beach. Maintenance and service are only just okay. The AC works, and there’s running water.
