We had already discussed the price with the owner, but at checkout they refused to accept it and tried to charge us double. He argued with us and used bad language when we were leaving. It was the worst hotel experience. He had no sense of how to speak to or treat guests, or how to make a deal. After all that, I finally paid what he demanded just to settle things. A waste of money, and I’ll never visit this hotel again.
We stayed for three days, and not once did they clean the room or change the blankets or mattress cover. Staff don’t clean daily unless asked, and we had to request towels and other amenities too. The washroom and toilet were unhygienic, with no sanitation. There’s no in-house restaurant, the rooms are tiny with hardly any luggage space, and the TV remote didn’t work. Parking is by the roadside with no vehicle security. The hotel entrance is very narrow and it’s on the first floor, so only one person can go up or down at a time. Very bad experience, please don’t book here.
After booking through MMT and paying extra for breakfast, we got to the hotel and were told they don’t provide it. We had to ask for soap, rugs, dustbins, and other things. The TV remote wasn’t working either.
The location is good, the price is reasonable, and the staff were decent with us. The food was good too. Must visit this place.
Please avoid this place. I went recently on 17 oct 2020 and there was no food, no water, nothing. The service was really bad, honestly the worst. Please don’t go.
