I gave hotel Raghusheela Inn a try recently despite the bad reviews and had a really good experience. When I asked, I was told the management had changed.

We paid online for a booking through oyo, but when we got there the hotel wouldn't honor it because they wanted more money. oyo didn't help either, and we lost two hours over it. Don't waste your time booking here, and save that time for your loved ones. The hotel was filthy, with none of the cleaning, towels, or bathroom kit facilities oyo advertises. They also wouldn't allow food inside. A very bad hotel.

Our room was clean and the staff were very cooperative. The quaint surroundings and great location were a treat to look at, with the lovely Nagaon beach just 3 Km away. Getting around was easy too, since autos are easy to find near the hotel. For my first OYO stay, it couldn't have gone better.

The room was unhygienic, with dirty bedsheets and pillow covers, and a horrible bathroom. There was no power and no staff to help. The owner refused to give me the room at the price I'd booked through Oyo, then asked for extra money when I requested a payment receipt. Drinking water wasn't complimentary either, they charged us 25rs for a 20rs bottle. Don't be tempted by the deals, there are better places available. DO NOT STAY IN THIS COTTAGE.

We had a bad experience. The rooms weren't good and felt like a cheap lodge, and the beds were old and dirty. The website photos gave a misleading impression. Breakfast was included in the deal, but the hotel refused to provide it, saying the kitchen was closed.
