Nvs Residency by OYO Rooms

The location is so isolated that getting there seems practical only if you have a vehicle, and you can't find a cab or auto. Inside, the rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, with dirty sheets and no night lamp. The bathroom had no mug, just old, nasty paint containers, and the toilet wouldn't flush properly, so we had to pour water in by hand. They even left an empty mosquito refill. The owner didn't know what was happening with bookings, and demanded the full amount or said we couldn't come in, despite the offer we'd booked. Don't trust the offers. These money-minded people provide awful maintenance.

The manager asked me to pay again, claiming the amount hadn't been received. I'm still trying to get the refund Agoda promised. The rooms were filthy and full of mosquitoes, and the bathroom was so bad it took courage to go in. The photos they share don't show what it's really like. It barely seemed like a hotel, more like a place for weddings. Very cheap and unpleasant.

The room and bed were good, but upkeep was poor. The toilet wasn't cleaned properly and there was no shower. If you book at a low price through OYO, management will ask for extra money when you check in.

There's no drinking water available, even if you're willing to pay, and they provided neither towels nor a water bottle. The rooms are non-AC. I booked three rooms, and at check-in the owner or manager demanded an extra 1000, saying the room rate had been updated incorrectly and that the OYO regional manager had asked them to collect it there. I checked with the website's customer care. The hotel then called it a security deposit that would be returned at checkout, but I never got the money back. This is a marriage hall renting out guest rooms, not a hotel or lodge.
