Hotel Highway Garden has a lovely open-air garden restaurant, with lots of space to sit and a peaceful feel, especially in the evening. It’s a pleasant place to spend time with family or friends. Getting there from the highway is easy, and parking is available. The staff were polite and the service was acceptable, but the food was disappointing. There are different things on the menu, though some lacked flavor and the overall quality was average. With such a nice setting, the food could be better. I’d consider coming for the relaxed atmosphere and spacious seating, rather than the meal. Atmosphere: 5/5 ⭐ Food: 2.5/5 ⭐.

The location worked well, close to the main road and easy to reach, with plenty of parking. We found the staff friendly and helpful, and really liked the food. Our room was tidy, clean, and comfortable. We’d read some negative cleanliness reviews before booking, but our stay was quite the opposite. A pleasant stay at a reasonable price, and worth considering when visiting Kochi.

The banquet team at Hotel Highway garden made sure everything went smoothly when we hosted an event there. They were attentive and professional from the moment we arrived. I highly recommend their banquet service.

For the high rent, I expected better room conditions. They had basic things like a mug, sugar, and tea powder, but there was no kettle, soap, or toothpaste. The room phone had no speed dial chart, so it was hard to use, and the door lock wasn’t working properly, which made me concerned about safety. The room doors and bathroom fittings were both very poor quality.

A warm, inviting atmosphere and excellent service the whole time. It’s a lovely place to relax and enjoy yourself. Highly recommended!
