Vinod's hospitality was excellent, and the kitchen staff were polite, friendly, and very good. Our toddler was happy, and the stay earned five stars for its service, pet-friendly setup, and excellent food. Sealand Kihim is a basic stay near Kihim beach, with basic rooms, good AC, good bathroom water pressure, car parking, and a well-kept lawn and garden. The beach is within walking distance, or you can drive there, with plenty of parking. The water is brown/black, typical of all beaches near Alibag. Some drawbacks: the children's play area is rusted and broken, the swimming pool isn't cleaned regularly, and some guests played loud music all day and were unruly.

Vinod, the Property Manager, was exceptionally helpful and accommodating, proactively seeing to our needs and making sure our family felt cared for. The staff create a welcoming, homely atmosphere that made us feel like valued members of the family. Sealand Resort offers a genuine home away from home, with good quality accommodation and a comforting, personal feel. If you want a getaway with heartfelt service and a wonderful family touch, Sealand Resort and Vinod’s management come highly recommended.

There's lots of space for kids to play, and the swimming pool is nice. The staff are very friendly, and the property feels like home. A few basics could be improved, like providing toilet rolls, a tissue box, and a kettle in the rooms. Otherwise, it was a nice experience.

Vinod, the property manager, was incredibly helpful and accommodated all our needs during a wonderful three-day stay. The food was delicious. It's a peaceful, quiet retreat with limited activities, which suited a relaxing getaway.
