The morning breakfast was very nice, and the staff, especially Sohail, were caring and hospitable. I needed slippers and a brush kit, and they brought them quickly. The lights do keep going out, and restoring power takes time. Wi-Fi could also be faster. Apart from those issues, it was very nice.

There are food and bar options right on the premises, and the stay was comfortable. Cleanliness was good too. Be sure to try their POHA at breakfast, it’s really good.

The manager on the afternoon to evening shift had a really pathetic way of speaking. He said I looked to him like water in some restaurant in Aligarh. The hotel owner should teach him how to talk to customers.

The renovation made this visit much better than my previous one. The food was good, and Ms. Nishi served us politely and promptly. Definitely worth trying.

For my business trip, the location was convenient and the service was quite good. The rooms were comfortable too. Hotel Orchid Blu made for a pleasant stay and is a solid choice.
