The staff were consistently polite, professional, and ready to help, which made the stay pleasant. Rooms were clean and well kept, with the basic amenities needed for a relaxing visit. Hotel Golden Suites has a peaceful feel and is a comfortable option for business or leisure.

For ₹899, Golden Suites in Goregaon was good value. The rooms were tidy and maintained well, and the AC, TV, WiFi, and geyser all worked properly. There are rooms with bathtubs too, which is a nice extra at that price. You can call reception to have food brought to your room, and parking is available. A comfortable, budget-friendly choice in Goregaon.

The bed, cushions, and blankets were clean, and the rooms themselves are good. The bathroom, though, was horrible. The toilet seat was much too small, and the leaking jet spray had no holder, so I had to use a tissue whenever I held it and be careful not to wet my pants. The overhead shower wasn’t working properly either. The tap valve was broken and kept falling off when I tried to use it, and some of the lights wouldn’t turn on.

The food was poor, and I left disappointed. I’d seen a video suggesting bathtub rooms started at ₹899, but when I arrived at Golden Suit, I was given a regular room. They told me a bathtub room cost ₹1800 for just 3 hours, which wasn’t clear from the video and felt misleading. Please show the actual room type and price accurately in the video. If you’re thinking of booking based on it, check the room options and rates first. My experience wasn’t good at all.
