I asked for a bill and was told OYO would provide it. The staff weren't cooperative, either. There was no privacy, the windows were broken, the rooms were dirty, and the stairway was covered in paan spit. Mosquitoes were everywhere, and there was a bad smell throughout the rooms. The place doesn't deserve even one star. The public railway station is much cleaner by comparison. I'd ask OYO to maintain its quality if it wants to offer cheaper hotels. You're better off booking through Agoda.

I left right away, even though I'd paid for two days in advance. I didn't even bother trying to get the money back, and the place gave me nightmares for two days. The room I was given on the first floor had a broken window beside the door, so someone could reach in and open the door from outside. The owner refused to move me to another room. The paint was worn, the lighting was poor, and the bedding was broken. The bathroom was the dirtiest and least sanitary I'd ever seen, worse than a public toilet. Its light didn't work, and when I asked, the guy said he wouldn't fix it that day. That's how awful this hotel and its management were. Don't be fooled by the pictures on OYO or elsewhere. Pay a little extra for a better hotel and a cleaner room. I never write reviews, but this place deserves zero stars, if that were an option, and I want to save people from going there.

The area is a market, and the people around looked aggressive. The main issue was the very lazy receptionist: he wasted 30 minutes before handing over the room key.

The bathroom was in bad shape and really dirty, and there was no AC. Cleanliness overall was awful, and the staff weren't cooperative. It was the worst hotel experience. I never want to come back.
