Hotel Mithra Grand

Manoj made the biggest difference during my stay at Mithra Grand Hotel. He went out of his way to offer me a better deal, and his warm, professional manner helped me have a pleasant experience. The other staff were attentive, polite, and ready to help too. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the service was impressive throughout. I highly recommend the hotel for its hospitality, comfort, and value, and I’ll come back.

The location near the ORR is very convenient, and the rooms were clean and well-kept. There was enough space for two, though three people would feel cramped. Breakfast can be delivered from a nearby place, but I didn’t like having to eat in the room, and there’s no restaurant on site. Parking is on the street, with no covered area. In our two nights, we also had a broken kettle and a bathroom tap that kept dripping. We asked for a bottle of water, expecting at least one complimentary bottle per day, but they charged us for it at checkout. Okay for a quick stay if you’re traveling light.

Mr Manoj keeps good control of his staff and sets an example in serving guests well. Everyone provided excellent service. I’ll definitely come back and recommend this hotel to others.

The room was clean and in good condition, and the staff were friendly. The area is local, but the hotel is convenient for the airport and reasonably close to the PushPak bus stop if you’d rather avoid paying for a taxi.
