The housekeeping and reception teams were efficient, polite, and well trained. Rooms were clean, the location was decent, and hygiene standards were good. A great stay, recommended for business or family trips.

I felt safe and comfortable staying here as a girl. The rooms were clean, staff were helpful, and security was good. Highly recommended.

All three rooms were a mess for our group of four. In mine, there was no toilet seat or toilet paper, the sheets were stained, the pillows were cheap, and the shower and tub were dirty. Dust and grime covered the floor and the tables by the bed. The window frame wasn't fully insulated, so traffic noise came through and I felt cold overnight. Behind the bed I found what looked like two used condoms, which was lovely. The other two rooms were similar, and one smelled as if it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The place was clearly unfinished, but they still charged us. I don't know where the other five-star reviews came from.

The front office team was very helpful, and housekeeping was quick. The rooms were well maintained, the ambience was beautiful, and the service was great for the money.

The staff gave us a warm welcome, which made a big difference. The place felt friendly and relaxing, like a home away from home.
