For this price, I think Anupam hotel is the best on manali mall road. It’s near mall road, and the hotel is good for what it costs. The staff behaved very nicely with customers, and the food quality matched the price.

The food was really tasty, the location was good, and the manager was kind and soft spoken. Staff were good, and the service was nice. Check-in and checkout were smooth, with no difficulties during my stay. I’ll surely visit again. It’s a nice hotel to stay in.

You’re only 5 min on foot from Mall Road, and a beautiful park with tall pine trees is just 2 min away. For a budget hotel, it’s decent, though the hotel itself is average. The food is average too, so it’s better to try restaurants on mall road if you can. Staff were okay and cooperative. They should pay more attention to cleanliness and food quality.

I went with friends in june 2018, and we had a very bad experience. The food quality wasn’t adequate, and our bedsheet was dirty, smelly, and stained with vomit. The rooms weren’t cleaned properly. Staff members chauhan and the night shift guard used abusive language, and their behaviour toward girls was not good.

Some rooms have a clear mountain view, and the hotel is good value for money overall. There are choices at 800 per night, or 1200 per night for a cottage you’d enjoy staying in. The rooms are pretty good.
