We enjoyed our three-night stay overall. The location is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Our package covered breakfast and dinner. The buffet was average and could be better, while the room-service food was quite good. There aren’t many restaurants nearby, so it’s worth choosing your meal plan carefully before booking. Our room also had poor Wi-Fi, but the staff promptly moved us to another room when we asked, and that fixed the problem.

We stayed for three days in a clean, hygienic property with a wonderful view. It’s family and kid friendly, and the staff were supportive with prompt service. The location is a little far from Mall Road, but that made it a peaceful place for a staycation. One suggestion from a customer: for families staying 3-4 days or longer, a small concession or something complimentary might encourage them to stay longer.

We spent 3 nights and 4 days at Holiday Heights Hotel, Manali and had a very good stay. The property was well maintained, and what we got matched what was shown and described. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite, friendly, and helpful throughout. Everything ran smoothly, with no issues during our visit. The services, amenities, and hospitality met my expectations. The staff were welcoming and professional, and there were delicious, varied options for breakfast or dinner.

The balcony view was the highlight of my two-day stay. I booked a spacious, well-kept luxury room with a beautiful mountain view, and the location and cleanliness were both excellent. The warm, helpful, professional staff made everything comfortable. I’d highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway and will definitely return!

The Horizon view with Jacuzzi room was hard to beat, with one of the best views in Manali. Staff were polite and helpful, and the food was tasty and reasonably priced for the quality and ambience. Wi-Fi was slow, but with everything else being so good, I didn’t mind.
