Hotel Snow Crest Residency

I was born in Chamba, Himachal Pradesh, and now live in Russia. My family and I spent 7 days at Snow Crest Residency, Sarsei, Naggar, Manali. Having visited foreign countries 18 times and worked in hospitality for 9 years, I can say this was one of my best stays. I was a little unsure at first and thought the property was just okay. After a few days, though, the quiet, comfort, scenery, and staff completely won me over. The team, from reception and service to housekeeping, were so warm and welcoming. It really touched me. Both room service and restaurant dining were excellent, and the food tasted great each time. I stayed in a comfortable deluxe room at a reasonable price. They also have family suites with four bedrooms. The place is peaceful, with apple valley views, snowy mountains, birds, greenery, and real quiet. There are no hotels within 250mtr, so you get privacy, plus secure parking inside the gate. There’s 24-hour hot water, strong Wi-Fi, and CCTV for safety. This was my first visit, but I’ll stay here whenever I come to Manali again. A heartfelt thanks to the whole team for making our family trip so special.

The welcoming atmosphere and attentive, friendly staff made us feel at home the whole time. My family and I had one of our best stays here. The rooms were comfortable and the hospitality was warm. We’d happily return, and I’d recommend it to families looking for a relaxing hotel.

The owner and staff were humble and down to earth, and their hospitality made the stay special. We had delicious, homely food and a comfortable room with a beautiful balcony view. Great value for money, and I’d recommend it for a peaceful break.
