2/10
The information about the hotel is fake, and it was awful to deal with in winter. There was no hot water for bathing, the food was very expensive, and the hospitality was poor.

The food and breakfast were expensive and not even edible. Service wasn't good either, and there was no heater and trouble with hot water.
