The staff were quick and cooperative, and the property was worth the money. The best part was the central heating, which kept things cozy for sleeping every day. The presidential suite was amazing, and we enjoyed the jacuzzi each day. Would recommend.

I got a room upgrade, and the balcony views were incredible. The staff at The Orchard Greens were great and really made an effort to look after guests. Everything about the stay felt right, and I’ll be back.

A good option for a family stay in the heart of old manali. Reception were courteous and helpful, and housekeeping and the rest of the staff were always available when we needed them. Cleanliness was good. The location is close to mall road. Choose a valley or Mountain View room for a great view. Breakfast tasted good, but there were very few items, and the breakfast selection really wasn't up to the mark. The restaurant menu was also quite limited compared with what the menu book listed.

The location and views at The Orchard Greens, Manali were appealing, but the stay was extremely disappointing. We were left dealing with long waits and poor communication, and I felt the management showed little care for guests. There were power cuts lasting 4 to 8 hours, with no backup and no proper updates. Requests for basic things were ignored or took an unreasonable time to get handled. We were also charged ₹500 for four glasses of milk, which felt unjustified. The property’s recommended cabs were unreliable, quoted inflated prices, and gave false assurances. It came across as part of a wider pattern of taking advantage of guests. With such a beautiful setting, it’s frustrating that poor management and lack of care made the experience so bad. I strongly advise against booking here. Manali has plenty of other places where guests can expect basic respect and hospitality.
