I visited Manali on 16th and 17th December 2025 and came away very upset. The manager and staff behaved unprofessionally with guests, including with folding, cleaning, and management.

The breakfast and dinner buffet offered a tasty range of fresh choices, and the location was convenient for Manali Mall Road. My room was spotless, nicely decorated, and had everything I needed, including a very comfortable bed, complimentary water, quality toiletries, and fast Wi-Fi. The staff, especially @Naresh Ji and @Ashish Ji, were warm and welcoming and went out of their way to make things right. I had a wonderful stay from beginning to end and will definitely return. Highly recommend Hk International.

Room service and food were excellent, but the hotel isn’t properly maintained. Mice or rats were roaming around with us in the room corridors.

The service from the hotel was very poor across the board. They charged 200 for breakfast, but served aloe porotta and pickle. Mr balakrishnan, the owner, was very rude and violent, and he misbehaved with everyone. This is an average hotel, not a 3 star. In my view, most of the reviews are fake. If you want to experience horrible things, just book this hotel.
