Hotel Apple Flower

I was traveling alone and stayed at Apple Flower Hotel, Old Manali for three nights, checking in on 13th Dec 2025 and leaving on 16th Dec 2025. The location was peaceful, and the hotel helped me rent a scooter at a very reasonable rate, which made exploring Manali easy. The food was delicious and freshly made. My room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the friendly staff helped me feel safe and at ease. A senior front office staff member was especially polite and helpful, always ready with a smile. I’d definitely stay here again, and recommend it for comfort and good service in Old Manali.

After a bad stay at Orzu boutique hotel Palchan, we moved here for the night. The pet-friendly property seemed ideal for our pet: we booked the three-bed stone cottage family room with two bathrooms, opening onto the property's park. It was a big room, close to the old manali market, and the food was excellent. Service was prompt too. The stay was spoiled by a rowdy group having a bonfire in the park. My husband and the hotel staff spoke to them, but the music, loud laughter, and abusive conversation went on late. They threw glasses, whistled, and mocked our pet's barking. He kept barking because it was so disturbing, and we felt unsafe and very uncomfortable. The staff said they couldn't do much because the group were guests too. We stayed just one night and left on the morning of 25th Dec, expecting the same thing to happen again that night. The stay itself was good, but I'd prefer booking when it's not a weekend or gazetted holiday.

The cab service was a letdown. They charge a fixed price per kilometer and wouldn't budge on it, so be careful. Apart from that, we had a good stay, and the staff were especially polite and helpful.

Heavy snowfall on January 23rd and 24th completely disrupted the roads, and we ended up stuck during our family stay from January 21st to January 26th. The staff still looked after us and made sure our children had what they needed. Room service was excellent, and they didn't make us feel stranded. In the end, they helped get my car out and drove us themselves. Thanks so much to Mohit, akash and the hotel staff.
