The family suite had some good points: a big bathroom, hot water available 24x7, and an electric kettle. The food was nice and not too spicy, which suited people who like to eat light. The location was nice too, right in front of the main road. But the room smelled really bad, and even after I called reception at least five times, they were slow to do anything about spraying room freshener. Staff were careless, and we had to remind them six or seven times about a single thing. One night, while we were asleep, a spider bit my sister. I can't understand how the hotel could let cleanliness slide in its family suite, especially since it was probably the most expensive room there. Another night, walking back from the restaurant after dinner, I overheard a senior staff member telling a junior to give used towels to a boarder. It was a very disappointing stay, the worst hotel I’ve stayed at while traveling around India.
