The views from the property, especially at night, were the highlight, and the food was good with satisfactory restaurant service. Room service was disappointing, though. We didn’t get a regular water bottle, even on check-in day, and staff said we had to call to request water. The kettle came without tea bags or basic tea and coffee sachets, so we had to contact reception for those or hot water. They also didn’t refill the shower gel dispenser after cleaning. These basic supplies are usually replenished during room service, so I didn’t expect that. The location and views are lovely, but management should improve the basics of room service.

Lovely scenic views from the room balcony, and the service was great. The staff were friendly, humble, and supportive. The food was delicious, with a pahadi touch from Chef Mr. Lalit Kumar. One of the best stays. Definitely recommended.

Manager Aniket deserves a special mention for being polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. His friendly manner and good management added a lot to our stay at Vyas Vatika. The food was fresh, tasty, served hot, and had a simple, homely flavor. Everything was clean and well organized. It’s a peaceful, beautifully maintained place, with calm green surroundings that are ideal for relaxing or spending quality time with family. A lovely spot in Manali for nature, good food, and peace. Highly recommended!

The food was good, and both the rooms and service were okay. The hotel is a long way out from Manali, though, and there’s no lift, so make sure stairs won’t be a problem for your knees.

I’ve already booked my next stay and look forward to seeing more improvements. I’ve been coming here for years, and my latest visit was exceptional. The new management has made a clear difference, with friendly, attentive staff who seemed to care about making my stay just right. The rooms were immaculately clean and the amenities were top-notch. From the warm check-in welcome to the thoughtful details throughout, customer satisfaction was clearly a priority. Great work by the new management. Five out of five stars.
