The balcony at Namaste Inn Beas Valley looks out over a beautiful, refreshing view, and the quiet surroundings made the stay comfortable. It’s only 3.1 km from Manali Private Bus Stand, so getting there is easy while still feeling peaceful. Our bedroom and washroom were spotless, and the wooden interiors gave the place a warm mountain feel. Staff were polite, humble, and quick to help. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner, with plenty of tasty veg and non-veg choices. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Manali for the views, food, and comfort.

We visited in September, and with the landslides the restaurant caretaker told us the kitchen service and wifi weren't available. Zomato and swiggy were easy to use, though. The hotel sits a bit uphill from the main road, so walking up can be tiring, but a rickshaw is an option. Our room was good, with a great balcony view right over the river and mountains. Aside from those issues, service was fast and good.

The balcony view was beautiful, and the rooms felt very luxurious. Staff were good and the service was nice. Getting to the hotel takes an adventurous sort of person, though.

I come to Manali regularly, but this was my worst hotel experience here. I was charged ₹2500 for a room that other hotels had given me for a thousand rupees. When I questioned the price, they said it was non-refundable for five days, so I had to pay ₹10,000. The reception staff were awful too. I was coughing badly at night and asked for water, but they refused, saying they don't provide it at that hour. It felt like they were making fools of people. Don't stay here and waste your time and money.
