The first-floor balcony has lovely scenery, and we had a great time with friends. Service was very good. The geyser couldn’t heat the water fully because of low voltage, so please fix that if possible. Also, if the owner offers to take you to his home to show step farming, don’t say yes.

The food was good, but the hotel stay was awful. There was no running water for two days, and the owner kept making promises and pushing back the fix. Orders took hours to arrive. The worst service I’ve experienced. Don’t go.

The service and management were both zero, and the food wasn’t tasty. They don’t seem to know how many people they need to cook for. A bad experience. 😑

A very nice place to stay, with good views and the best staff. I’d choose it again if I return to manali. I’ve attached photos of the view.

Getting there isn’t easy, but it’s worth it. The staff are amazing, the food is great, and it’s one of the best places to stay in Manali.
