The Manager / Host was kind and very good, and the hotel and cafe are excellent. The location is super, with good road access, away from the city crowd but near all the main tourist attractions in manali. I don’t know why some people give it a low rating. Don’t think twice, just go and enjoy the nature vibes.

The riverside setting is beautiful and peaceful, and the staff were polite and helpful. But in Room 403, the mattress sank wherever I sat or lay down. It gave me severe backache and made the stay very uncomfortable, which affected the whole experience. I had a mixed stay at Hotel Neelgiri. If they improve the mattress quality, it could be a great place because of the lovely location and good staff.

I’ve been here so many times. It’s a great spot to stay, party, and chill. You can book a private bon fire and enjoy food with good vibes.

The property faces the river and has good views. It’s very peaceful, and Manager Goldy paji is the best thing you’ll meet here, such a humble and caring person.

It has a lovely view and the whole place has a vibe that gives you the feel of old Manali. It was a dreamy stay, and I’d stay here every time I visit again and again.
