The Allure Grand Resort

We arrived with a group of 24 on 23rd January 2026 and got stuck on the road for almost 30 hours in Manali’s heaviest snowfall in 20 years. Front desk Manager Kuldeep ji went out of his way to help. He arranged a 4x4 vehicle for the whole group, dinner at 5 am in the morning, a bonfire, and complimentary lunch for everyone. The entire team was helpful, the rooms were big and splendid, the food amazing, and the service fantastic. Allure Grand Resort has both river side and Mountain views. It’s the best resort in Manali, 10 stars out of 10. We’ll stay there whenever we go to Manali.

The team were prompt and caring, even helping us arrange medicines when we needed them. Staff were well-trained, attentive, and very sweet. One evening’s live music was a beautiful, memorable touch. Our room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with a large bedroom, big comfortable bed, cozy sofa, and direct views of snowy mountains and valleys. The washroom was spotless, and I especially liked the patchouli shower gel. Breakfast and dinner buffets were extensive and covered almost everything. The location gives you both the river and snow-covered mountain scenery. With fresh snowfall and fairy lights on the trees, the property looked like heaven. The nightly bonfire was a highlight, and sitting by it after a short walk felt so comforting. A magical stay at Hotel Allure Grand. We’d love to come back with our families.

The views, location, and hospitality made this a very pleasant stay. We loved it. Everyone on staff was supportive and helpful, especially mr. Prem thakur at restaurant, who was humble and attentive. We’re very thankful for his service. The restaurant food and service were really good, and we’ll definitely come again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful stay in Manali.

The river sounds and crisp Himalayan air made for an instantly relaxing escape. The Allure Grand sits by the Beas River, with lovely views of rushing water, snow-capped peaks, and pine-covered hills toward Solang Valley. Service was seamless, from the early check-in after our drive and hot pahadi chai welcome to arranging treks and room service. Kuldeep was the standout. His warm manner and suggestion to visit Sinkula Pass were a master stroke, with epic views and tranquility. The team’s genuine hospitality felt like family.
