We were told to wait 20 minutes while the group booking ate first. They even said, “Sir, their food is of a slightly lower budget, you please come later, we will arrange yours separately.” We were made to feel as if we didn’t count because we weren’t spending as much. The front office and other staff seem to give priority only to guests paying more or coming in high-end groups, serving those groups dinner first. The staff acted like bringing in a group booking was some huge achievement and like the hotel belonged to them. They behaved like kings, as if they could say or do anything. They didn’t care that we had to wait. For them, money seems to be hospitality, but all guests should be treated fairly and given equal priority. They focus on pleasing the big-budget bookings that bring more profit, and this seems to be a habit. If you want to experience that kind of insult, book here. Until the staff improve their attitude and start getting genuinely positive reviews, it’s better to stay away and not book this hotel.
