The basic amenities were missing, and there was poor maintenance, hygiene, and accountability. This was the worst hotel experience I've had. Please don't bring your family here and put yourselves through it.

The rooms were good, to be honest, though the bathroom could be better. But I personally didn't enjoy my stay at all. Breakfast was basically the kind of snacks we eat in the evening, and the service was so bad. The staff were really rude and nonchalant, if you know what I mean.

We booked for 3 days but checked out a day early because the experience was so bad. There was no hot water, the tap leaked, and room service was terrible. We had to keep asking for hot water, and there was no drinking water. The road was very difficult and parking was an issue too. In room 101, the TV didn't work, and room 102 had a broken TV that wasn't in the room. I wouldn't recommend this kind of hotel on Google Reviews or to anyone on a goble tour.

I visited on 26th May 2026. The room was very poor and the entrance wasn't good. My car got damaged. It was a very bad experience, and this isn't a good property. Tourists, please don't visit.

The room was cleaned, and the mountain view from the hotel was lovely. The food was fabulous, delicious, and hygienic. Nice hotel and service, with special thanks to vishal sir ji 🙏😍😋🏔️
