The rooms were clean and spacious, with bath-tubs, and the food was tasty and inexpensive. Staff behaved well, and the location worked out fine: we hired a cab and managed most of our sightseeing in a single day. They arranged a bonfire on New Year's Eve, which made the stay more special.

The rooms are good and the food is yummy, but the service is a real letdown. I'd rate it below zero. We had to wait two hours for breakfast and dinner, so be prepared.

The rooms are good, but the bathrooms are hell 😁. The people working there seem very cheap, so don't trust anyone. The food is very expensive for its quality.

The early morning view is nice, and the hotel isn't bad. But the staff are rude, and it's a bit far from Manali's main city, with nowhere to shop or see nearby. If your budget is tight, consider it. Otherwise, avoid it.
