We spent three nights at Manali Mountain Regency and would happily return. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and looked out toward the mountains. It’s a peaceful place that suited our family stay, and the setting felt relaxing. What stood out most was how caring and polite the staff were from arrival onward. They were ready to help with a smile, and the hotel was well managed throughout. The comfort, cleanliness, views, and hospitality all went beyond what we expected. A memorable, luxurious stay in Manali, and one I’d recommend to families or couples.

We had trouble with room service for meals even though we were on the MAP plan, and dinner ended at 9:30, which didn’t work well for tourists returning late after exploring Manali. We were told the food was closed by then. The hotel view wasn’t good either, since other hotels blocked it. The rooms weren’t clean, the service was poor, and the food quality was cheap. They didn’t provide even one slipper for bathroom use. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever visited.

The food was delicious, and the atmosphere made it easy to relax. Staff were polite and helpful, starting with a warm welcome at check-in. It turned into a memorable, comfortable stay, one of my best hotel experiences. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for quality and comfort.

The room was clean and the service very good. Everyone on staff was friendly, and Rakesk kumar was especially supportive, helping with both food service and a vehicle. We had a wonderful stay, and I’d recommend it in Manali.

I stayed for three days in May. The location worked well, about 1.5 km from the Manali private Volvo bus stand, and the hotel sits on higher ground with a good view. Staff were helpful, and they even drove me to the bus stand. Room cleanliness needs work, and the service could improve too, though it was good. I didn’t try the food, so I can’t comment on it. For a budget hotel, it’s in a great spot.
