The staff were so helpful that they waited for us until 10:30 pm when heavy traffic from Solang Valley delayed us. The food had a good range of local and Indian dishes and tasted delicious. After a long drive from Leh, we found the clean, spacious, well-maintained rooms comfortable and relaxing. From the balcony, we could see beautiful mountains, and waking up to snow-capped peaks with tea overlooking the valley was a highlight. The peaceful setting, fresh mountain air, and kind hospitality made this a memorable Manali stay.

Travel arrangements, accommodation, and meals were all handled smoothly as part of the hotel's complete package. Mall Road is very close to Hotel Grand Manali, and the view from our room was superb and refreshing. We booked the full Manali package and had a very excellent experience at the hotel. The hospitality was great. Anyone visiting Manali should give it a try.

I stayed here for three nights, from 26th to 28th February, 2026. The polite staff and hotel management made a strong impression, and the modern amenities made for a peaceful stay. I recommend it.

We especially liked the restaurant's range of food and its quality. Hotel Manali Grand also has a convenient location and a relaxing feel. Service was prompt, and the staff were very polite the whole time. It was a 5-star experience for us.
