Manali Heights

We came back to Manali Heights last week, staying in the Log Huts area, and had another fantastic visit, just like our trip three years ago in February. It's nice to see the hotel has kept up its standards. The hotel has plenty to do, with a well-kept table tennis table in the TT room, badminton rackets for the garden, and other indoor games to use in the room. The rooms also have lovely valley views, good ventilation, and fresh mountain air. Waking up to that landscape each morning was memorable. Food was great in taste and variety, the portions were generous, and prices were reasonable. Staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. We really enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Manali.

I've been at Manali Heights for three days and would rate the service, food, and staff 10 out of 10. Room service is outstanding, and everyone has been polite, professional, and helpful. Special thanks to Jwala Prasad, lekh Raj, and Amit Kumar in the restaurant for their warm hospitality and wonderful service. The reception manager and Pawan Thakur were also extremely helpful and cooperative throughout my stay.

We were meant to check in at 1 pm, but the friendly, polite staff let us in at 8 am. They didn't hassle us at checkout either. The rooms are big and clean, with hot water running 24/7 and a heater provided in winter. Breakfast had lots of tasty options.

The garden has plenty of room, with swings and places to sit outside. The reception and property are well managed, and everything was clean, including the rooms and bathrooms. The staff were courteous and ready to help with whatever we needed. Breakfast was made just right. The property is close to Hidimba Temple and Old Manali. Mall Road is about 2 km away, and it's easy to get an auto rickshaw from the hotel.
