The staff’s attention and genuine hospitality stood out throughout my stay. They responded promptly to every request, which made the experience feel personal and comfortable. My room was immaculate and spacious, with thoughtful furnishings, a comfortable bed, and panoramic views. Housekeeping kept everything spotless. I also enjoyed the meals, especially the breakfast buffet, with fresh local and international choices, rich flavors, and lovely presentation. The interiors combine modern style and comfort, creating a serene, luxurious feel. I’d wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay.

We had a terrible stay, and I can’t understand the five-star ratings. It felt like they might be paid or manipulated. There was no proper room service, and for all three days we couldn’t get hot water in the morning, not in the bath or washbasin. Staff just pointed to the solar system, as if we should put up with the minus-degree cold. This happened even though we had booked all the rooms, so I can only imagine how it would be if you booked one room. The rooms we got were okay, but despite daily reminders they weren’t cleaned. We kept being told it would happen the next day, and staff spoke rudely and didn’t respond properly. The food was awful and the service very poor. The kitchen used the same utensils and gas burner for veg and non-veg food, and it was so dirty and disorganized. We even helped the staff with day-to-day work and at our DJ party, but their behavior didn’t improve. It was the worst hotel I’ve visited in my career. I’d recommend avoiding it, since there are other hotels at the same price with good service. If you doubt what I’ve written, check for yourself and you’ll see these problems are 100% true.

At one point, an electric switchboard burst and caught fire, which was a serious safety issue. The reception phone and speaker weren’t working properly either. Each time we tried to reach the person responsible, Mr. Ajay, he only answered after three attempts. The service was extremely poor, and the staff were rude and disrespectful. Other guests I met also seemed unhappy with the service. My stay at Manali Mantra was frustrating and unpleasant, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone wanting to avoid wasting time and money.

The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, with a broken balcony door and damaged flooring. We checked into Manali Mantra on the night of 17-12-2025 for a planned three-night stay, but left right away. The on-duty staff were rude, spoke to us badly, and didn't respond properly. We also didn't receive proper service, so we couldn't stay there.
