The other group staying independently at the hotel was complaining every day too, though I don't know if they'll write a review. As for my stay, I asked twice for a clean blanket because the one they gave me smelled like it hadn't been washed in months. The next night they brought another filthy, used one. Disgusting and lazy. The reception was always empty, so getting checked in or asking for extra towels meant wandering around calling for the manager. Service was nonexistent, and the staff couldn't care less about guests. Management needs to wake up or shut down. Not recommended. I wouldn't spend a single rupee here again. Save yourself the trouble and choose another hotel in the area.

From my balcony, I could see snow-covered mountains, which was a lovely part of staying here. The staff were helpful and polite, too. I’d recommend giving this hotel a visit.

The food and breakfast were delicious and seemed hygienic. Manali Heaven Hotel was clean throughout, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. I had a great stay and would happily recommend it.
