The restaurant food was outstanding, especially the dahi kebab, which is a must try. Mr. Ajay suggested dishes to suit our preferences and was always humble, smiling, and ready to help. Thanks to him for such thoughtful service. The room looked out over a breathtaking landscape, and waking up to the mountains felt magical. It was very clean, spacious, and well maintained. Housekeeping cleaned carefully every day, and the staff were polite and dedicated. From the moment we arrived at Justa Grand View Resort, Manali, the team made us feel welcome. Mr. Hansraj helped with our room requirements and got everything arranged, and Mr. Rakshapal made checkout smooth and hassle free. It was an extremely pleasant stay, truly worth it. We’ll come back when we visit Manali and highly recommend it to others.

The central AC switching itself to cool mode overnight was annoying. I had to call staff to adjust the temperature while I was trying to sleep. On the plus side, the property was beautifully maintained, and the front desk service was excellent. The food was the best of our trip.

We loved the mountain scenery, especially the full 360-degree view from the terrace. The breakfast and dinner plan worked out really well for us, and the food was delicious. Service was first-rate across reception, housekeeping, and dining, with staff who were consistently courteous and helpful. A very comfortable stay. After this experience, we’d happily stay at Justa’s other locations too.
