Mr. Thakur, the hotel owner, is a wonderful person, and the service was very good. I’d like to stay again in the future. The location is good too, though the road connecting it to the NH has a 45 degree gradient and is congested most of the time.

We came across this hotel by chance on vasishth Road, Manali, and were glad we found it. The owner is really good, and the view is amazing. You can hear the river all the time, and being right by the river bed feels lovely. Service is a little slow, but the comfort and view make up for it 😇😀

The rooms are good, the staff are friendly, and their service is very good. The food tastes amazing and the prices are okay. But the owner's behavior at checkout was the worst. We stayed five days and ate their food each time except once, when we got outside food. He shouted at us about bringing things in from outside, even though we had brought only pure veg. The hotel is good to stay at, but don't get into it with the old owner, who is apparently a retired police officer.

The owner's wife was kind and caring, and we really appreciated her hospitality. She brought us fresh cherries from her tree. The owner, a retired police officer, was also very nice and gave us good guidance. Staff service was prompt, and the hotel was clean, with beautiful woodwork inside and outside the rooms. The toilet was spacious and very neat. I think the hotel has some of the best views in Manali. It's about 2 kms from the main Manali Mall road (market area), heading towards Vashist. Payment is cash only at present, so a POS machine would be useful. During our stay, a cable operator issue meant not many TV Channels were coming through. I expect that will be sorted by the time we visit again.
