I slept comfortably even with freezing temperatures outside, thanks to the heater in the room. The restaurant served great food, and both the professional staff and room service were excellent. It’s in a prime location, too, with a balcony looking out over all of Manali and the mountains behind it. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

The rooms and location were surreal, and the view was breathtaking. The staff took such good care of everything. I wasn’t keen on the complimentary breakfast choices, though, and the food could have tasted a lot better.

I stayed on the 11th and 12th. The panoramic view brought a real sense of calm and privacy, and the food was just as impressive, with beautifully presented dishes and excellent flavors. Service felt warm, discreet, and highly professional from start to finish. The whole property had a refined, luxurious feel and set a high bar for hospitality. I’d happily return and recommend it.

We picked this hotel for the remarkable views, and the stay was very pleasant all around. Heating and air conditioning in the rooms are essential in this location. There wasn’t a buffet breakfast while we were there because occupancy was low, but the staff kindly made each breakfast dish we asked for. Thank you!

It’s a little away from Mall Road, which gives Vivaan The Sunrise Resort a peaceful feel away from the crowds. From our room and the rooftop we could see all of Manali below, sparkling at night. The resort was beautifully maintained, with a calm atmosphere that’s great for relaxing and enjoying the mountains. Staff were polite, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Wonderful views, lovely service, and great vibes. I definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Manali.
