We had a quiet, cozy stay away from the noise, and the mountain views from the balcony were stunning. This was a great choice for our Manali trip. The room was huge and spotless, with snow peaks to wake up to each morning, and we had morning chai on the balcony every day. The property was beautiful, the hotel was very clean, and the restaurant food was 10/10. Staff made us feel special and looked after, and the food was delicious with generous portions. Breakfast was a highlight, with fresh, tasty food and lots of variety. The rooms were spacious and had breathtaking mountain views. Staff were warm, attentive, polite, and super helpful, with the housekeeping team especially worth thanking. They seemed to anticipate what we needed before we asked. The hotel is peaceful and away from the crowds, but only five minutes from Mall Road. It was total value for money given the views and service. We stayed three days with family and it exceeded all expectations. It'd be perfect for families, and we’ll recommend it to friends and definitely return. For a romantic stay in Manali, this would also be a lovely choice. Our luxury room had unreal mountain views, and it felt like the best decision we made for the trip. Thank you, Team Swastik Grand!

The food was fresh, carefully prepared, and tasted good. Our waiter was attentive without being a bother. We felt welcome and relaxed as soon as we arrived, and the staff took great care of everything. It was a refreshing escape, and the whole experience felt easy and delightful.

I found the location convenient and easy to reach, and the hotel had a calm, pleasant feel. The rooms were spacious, neat, and well maintained, so they were very comfortable.
