Chef Deepak prepared some local dishes, and the restaurant team, Ms. Kajal, Sonu Tamta and Satish, were thoughtful and helpful throughout our visit. Ms. Poonam at reception was helpful too. The location and rooms were wonderful, and all the staff were warm and courteous. I had a fantastic stay at ITC Welcome, Hamsa, and hope to return soon.

The restaurant and facilities both had excellent service, and everyone at ITC Welcome, Manali was welcoming and professional. Thanks to Sonu, Tamta, Satish, Shubham, Ritesh and chef Rahul for making it such a lovely stay. Wishing the whole team success.

The food selection and portions seemed limited compared with other ITC properties. A wider spread and larger servings would improve the dining experience and bring it closer to the brand’s usual standards. Shekhar and Shubham at the restaurant were attentive and professional, though, and we appreciated that. The travel desk was easy to deal with, and Sahil’s itinerary ideas were useful. At the front desk, Pihu, who had helped us book nearly a month earlier, plus Himanshu, Aman and Poonam, were consistently courteous and supportive. We enjoyed the stay and would visit again, especially if the dining options get a little more attention.

Our family came away with happy memories from three nights at Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Hamsa Manali. The location is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and the food was delicious with a good spread. Mr. Vivek and the restaurant team made sure we were comfortable, and the North East girl serving there, whose name I’m sorry I’ve forgotten, was especially attentive and warm, checking on us often and making meals feel relaxed and homely. Dinesh, Husiar, Sonu and Shivkant also responded quickly to every little need, in our room and during activities around the hotel. Their friendliness made things smooth and hassle-free, and we felt well looked after as a family. We’d recommend ITC Manali (Welcomhotel) for a family getaway.
