Golden Meadows Cottage by OYO Rooms

Our three-day package stay at Hotel Golden Meadows Cottage, Manali, arranged by Snaptravels Holidays India, was very disappointing. The location was bad, the room was poor, staff behaviour average, and both food and cleanliness poor. The washroom hand faucet didn’t work. We told reception two or three times and asked for a repair or room change, but nothing was done. Breakfast and dinner were oily and tasteless, with only two or three items and a very poor standard. No staff were around during meals, so we had to call repeatedly for refills or anything else. I wouldn’t advise anyone to stay here.

I stayed at this property for 3 days. The location was pathetic and there was no safety. The food was tasteless, room service wasn’t available, and the staff behaved very badly. Not recommended for a family or group stay.

The service was extremely poor, and management didn’t respond at all. Our room hadn’t been cleaned, there was no water, and nobody answered when we tried to reach the staff. A very bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Golden Mendowas Cottage Manali is a wonderful hotel with all the facilities you need. The staff are active and the services are very good.
