The Manali Lodge

The biggest problem was how Fluto and our agent Soni handled things after we complained. Nobody offered a fix or another place to stay, which made an already frustrating trip worse. We had booked through Fluto after Soni described the property as 3-star, but even the manager acknowledged that although it may appear online as 3-star, it isn't actually one. The basics were poor: our room was in bad shape, the curtains were torn and dirty, and staff had to replace the unclean sheets and blankets several times after we kept asking. Hot water wasn't properly available, and hygiene overall was extremely disappointing. Meals and service didn't help. The food was poor, breakfast was only bread and jam, and the dinner voucher came with no warning that non-veg would cost extra. Don't choose the meal plan. Staff also refused simple requests, like bringing plates to the room, and showed little basic courtesy. This was one of my worst hotel stays. I'd avoid the place and be careful booking through Fluto.

The views and location in Manali really touched me, and Rajan, the caretaker, was helpful and cooperative throughout. Kavita Madm arranged my whole journey, and it went well. Chavinder ji, our taxi driver, was a nice, cooperative person too. At Manali Lodge, the cooks made pure vegetarian Jain food, and every meal was very tasty. The employees were cooperative and the service was excellent. When I plan another trip, I'll book here again. Thank you to the team at "The Manali Lodge" for having us.

I had a great night's sleep in a remarkably comfortable bed. The room was spotless and spacious, with lovely decor. Breakfast had a huge range of fresh choices, and the flavors were well balanced. The staff made me feel at home, from a warm check-in welcome to thoughtful amenities and service that went above and beyond.

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were supportive. Food was good too. From the balcony you get a full view of Manali, and you can see snowy mountains right from the room.
