Nams Resort and Spa sits in a peaceful, scenic stretch at Kalath, about 5 kms before Beautiful Manali town and 500mtrs. before green tax barrier. It’s right on National Highway, with wide views of grassy meadows, the gushing river Beas, and snow capped Himalayan ranges. There’s a huge garden, apple orchards, flowers in many varieties, and carefully landscaped grounds that feel like a heavenly spot in the Himalaya. The resort's construction was completed in April 2016, after seven years of hard work. Mr.Sanjay Bhatia guided the work with attention to detail. The property covers a large area, something hard to find near Manali.

The river-view rooms at Nams Resort & Spa are very beautiful, and the property is near Manali Green tax on the national Highway. Mr. Mahant, one of the senior staff, is a very gentle person, and the rest of the team were cooperative. The food was average. We stayed just two nights and had dinner and lunch in thE mANALI.

The hotel staff were very good, the food was good, and the open Garden looked just like it did last year. This year's stay at this beautiful property was mostly good, though the Delhi Manali National highway construction caused some disturbance and the road wasn't good. Thanks to Agoda for suggesting the place again.

Our holiday was spoiled by a dirty, dingy property, slow and poor service, and a very limited menu. Even that food took a long time, and the standard excuse was that they were short staffed. We booked three days and paid the full amount in advance through MMT, but checked out on day two. Now they won't refund the unused day, and Make my trip hasn't helped either. I'm disappointed in the resort and in Make my trip. Don't trust its ratings or reviews; they certify frauds and cons and fool customers. I've called four times in the past two days, and each time they've left me on hold for ages without doing anything. I'd give both a rating of -5.

The location and construction of the Hotel are amazing, and the hospitality was great. Make time to enjoy the Balcony and the friendly, courteous Staff. Mr Pramod, the Manager, was especially welcoming. I've never met a friendlier person. Highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to Manali.
