Mr. Lucky Thakur was especially helpful and friendly, and assisted us with lots of things. Service stayed good throughout our visit. The property has a great view, and the balcony was a real plus. Our room was comfortable, and the location was convenient, just a short distance from town. A solid place to stay.

The food was amazing, and the place had a relaxed, friendly feel. Our rooms had a cozy mountain vibe, and the stay at Sunrise Villa turned out much better than we expected. Such a good place for a trip with friends. I’d recommend it.

We’d prepaid for seven days at Sunrise Villa, Manali, but ended up moving to another hotel without a refund. The staff were extremely rude, and the rooms were unhygienic and felt unsafe. Our room was unclean, basic toiletries were missing, and the Bisleri bottles given as drinking water appeared to have been repacked, which raised serious health and safety concerns. Staff showed no accountability and weren’t willing to sort anything out. Being made to leave after paying in advance and getting no refund is completely unacceptable. This property fell short on basic cleanliness, hospitality, and ethics. Strongly not recommended. Avoid it.

From check-in through check-out, everything felt professional, and the hospitality was wonderful. The staff were always ready to help, and I felt at home. Highly recommended, come and stay here 🤗🤗

The location was fine, and the room was clean enough. But basic things were missing: no bathing water or drinking water was provided, and both the water heater and hairdryer didn’t work. I wasn’t satisfied with the service.
