We cut our planned six-day stay down to just two because of the many problems and poor service. After the hotel asked us to change the booking on Booking.com, we did, and the hotel approved the change. The amount shown there was INR 3,500, but the hotel charged INR 5,000 and later refunded the balance. The refund was still less than promised, with no proper explanation, which felt misleading and unacceptable. There was hardly anyone to help at night, with no reception staff available for complaints or emergencies. The music was extremely loud and made it impossible to rest. A broken window also raised safety and maintenance concerns. Staff were rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful, and the property felt understaffed and poorly maintained. Basic things were missing or in bad shape: the TV remote was missing and never properly sorted out; the shower malfunctioned and the bathroom had a dirty bucket and mug. There were no glasses in the room, and when we asked, we got cheap plastic ones with a 'no stock' excuse. No complimentary water bottles, just one soap and hardly any toiletries. Once the kitchen closed, there was no cutlery either. This hotel felt overpriced and poorly managed, and it doesn't deserve its online ratings. Save your money and book somewhere else. Strongly not recommended.

At Hotel Hadimba Palace, the room didn't look like the online photos. The furniture was old and in poor condition, the sheets didn't feel fresh, and the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. The lack of hygiene made the stay uncomfortable. Service also felt unwelcoming from check-in. Staff seemed uninterested and took a long time to handle basic requests. We had to ask repeatedly for extra towels and room cleaning. Hot water was unreliable, and the Wi-Fi was very weak. The hotel needs serious attention to maintenance, cleanliness, and service before I'd recommend it.

Worst, worst, worst hotel. Please don't book Hotel Hadimba Palace, it will waste your money and peace of mind. I wouldn't recommend staying here under any circumstances. Our room was unhygienic and uncomfortable. The furniture was old and badly maintained, the sheets didn't feel fresh, and the bathroom was unclean and smelly. The hotel needs serious maintenance. Service was unprofessional and unwelcoming from check-in. Staff seemed uninterested and slow with even simple requests. We had to ask multiple times for extra towels and room cleaning. The room didn't match the pictures online.

The room was in terrible shape, with broken cupboards, curtains, and handle, plus torn cushions. It had the worst view, the bedsheets hadn't been changed, and there was no hygiene. Service was very slow and they took no responsibility for the room or its upkeep. Not recommended for family travel.

We loved looking at the mountains in the morning, and the location near the mall road was convenient. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable, and all the staff were welcoming and helpful. Shivani at reception was especially sweet and friendly, while Gopal was very helpful and kind. Thanks to everyone at Hotel New hadimba palace. We’ll be back soon, and I highly recommend it for families or couples 👍🏻😃
