Green Leaf Resort Manali

Every room's balcony looks out at the waterfall, and you can even walk down to it. It's a rare view for a stay in manali. Our room and the cleanliness were both 10/10; the food was good too. The manager and staff were humble and hospitable. A very pleasant stay, thank you.

We'd already been stuck in long traffic, but didn't feel welcome once we reached the hotel. There was no light in the room, and the food choices were very limited. We ate dal rice at home, so booking MAP and having dal rice for all three days didn't feel good. Those days at this particular hotel felt wasted for us. Maybe others had a better time, but our experience wasn't good.

The staff were a great help and gave excellent service. Thanks to them and the management for making our trip memorable. Our three-day stay was enjoyable, and it felt like being at home.

When my wife and I were out, staff opened our room without permission. Our clothes and other valuable things were left unpacked, but they packed them themselves, saying they were cleaning. I don't know their exact criteria for doing this, but they should at least have told us first so we could handle the situation ourselves. When I complained, the owner argued instead of accepting his fault. Very bad experience with both room service and the owner. Worst behaviour.
