Balbir, the operations manager, was such a kind person. I’d booked through agoda, but that booking wasn’t actually linked with the hotel at the time. I asked Agoda for a refund, and Balbir still gave us rooms at the discounted rate I’d booked. On checkout day, he let us use a room to freshen up after checkout. He also arranged a bike rental with easy delivery and pickup right at the hotel. The place was clean, the staff were nice, and the view was good. The receptionist was very helpful too, always answering our questions. I’d recommend the hotel, though my tip is to book through another site instead of agoda. Good job, guys, keep it up!

I had a terrible experience here and wouldn’t suggest staying at this property. The rooms looked very dirty in person, despite what the pictures showed. When I complained, Balbir at reception started arrangement. His behavior was very bad.

We had to switch rooms three times. In the first one, the ceiling paint was all gone, the lights didn’t work, and the bathroom door was broken. In another room we found a rat, and we saw four or five rats around the hotel in total. There was no hot water in the freezing Manali weather, and no kettle in the room. We had to go to reception to fill our water bottle, which was a hassle. The food had no taste, and the manager was rude, arrogant, and disrespectful when speaking to us. We paid an extra 500 rs for a heater, but it barely warmed anything. We ended up sitting right beside it to get warm. I don’t understand how this is even a three star hotel or why people say good things about it. It was the worst hotel I’ve visited. Please don’t stay here. Places like this should be shut down.

The mountain and river views are lovely, and I’d call this the best hotel in manali. Rooms have a nice feel, the hospitality was great, and breakfast, lunch, and dinner all had plenty of choices. Prices are reasonable too. A highly recommended spot for a vacation.
